Stephanie Emanuel has a successful track record as a personal injury and business law attorney. A second-generation lawyer, she and her father Douglas work closely with clients at Feiner & Lavy in areas where their specialties overlap.
Stephanie’s academic accomplishments underscore the intelligence she puts to work for clients as their lawyer. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice from Rutgers University, and then earned her law degree at the small, highly respected Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Florida. But that didn’t finish things for Stephanie. Her ambitious nature pushed her to return to Rutgers to complete an MBA to provide her with more versatility and insight in her legal work.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Stephanie’s communications skills and natural charm put clients instantly at ease. And as they open up to her, Stephanie’s insightful strategic abilities lead to her contemplating unique legal strategies. Whether the problems brought to her are in the field of personal injury or commercial law, she sizes things up quickly, understands the financial implications of a case, devises a plan for success, and explains it to any client in a clear and thorough manner.
Stephanie is a member of the bar in New York, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. This is significant because each state and U.S. district court have their own bar and an attorney must have impeccable character to be admitted to them.
In her career, Stephanie has successfully bought personal injury actions in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, dog bite, slip and fall, truck/bus accident, nursing home negligence/abuse, premises liability and construction accidents. In addition to her work on business cases, Stephanie is also an outstanding estate lawyer, developing wills, trusts and guardianships for clients who are planning for their families’ future.
